HAZARD You cannot lock the knobs individually and there are no knob locks on the market that fit. Let me explain why this matters I finished cooking pasta on right front burner so I drained it and moved the pot to the left front burner. I continued cooking something else on the right front burner so I had to have the appliance unlocked and must have bumped the left front burner knob with my hip BARELY. It apparently turned it on high. I had no idea until I smelled something burning. You are telling me with all this expensive tech you cannot isolate the locking feature to only certain burners? Or DESIGN PLASTIC KNOB LOCKS THAT FIT? This is going to burn someones house down. Get it together LG Geez

As others have said the knobs are extremely sensitivejust barely bumping one can turn the burner on high without you realizing it. LGs only advice was to lock the stove after each use which isnt realistic in a home with teens. Despite having the knobs replaced by LG the issue continues. Weve already had one fire and another close callall because a knob was accidentally bumped. This is a serious safety hazard that LG knows about but hasnt resolved. This flaw could easily cause a house fireor worse. Its incredibly disappointing that LG hasnt taken real steps to fix such a dangerous design flaw.

This is a beautiful stove HOWEVER it is very unsafe. As others have mentioned if you barley bump a knob it turns on and to high. Most of the time you dont even know you bumped it and it is on until something is burning. Upon installing the over we knew this would be an issue and reached out to LG. They told us to lock the stove after each use which is not realistic with teens in a home. Sure enough a couple months later we had a fire due the issue. I happened to be in an adjacent room and heard crackles to find a fire on the stove. LG came and replaced the knobs but it did not fix the issue and evidently there is no fix. Since then we have had another almost fire as my husband unknowingly bumped a knob thus turning it on right before leaving the home. I happened to come into the kitchen within a short time of him leaving and heard crackles to again find something burning due the issue. LG is very aware of the issue and I am so disappointed they have not fixed it. This could not only cause a home to burn down it could cause someone their life. This is a BIG deal I am so disappointed LG does not care enough about human life or peoples livelyhood to remedy this.

You have to be very careful not to even lean against the knobs or they will turn on the stove. I purchased this for my mom and its turned on a couple of times. the last time it almost burned her home up the kitchen was full of smoke. Had to call the fire Department to clean out all the smoke from the home...

We bought this in July. On Christmas one of the stove knobs was turned on multiple stove top burners came on. I called LG customer service on 12/27/24. The LG repairmen came on 1/2/25. He didnt have the part needed for the repair on his work van. So he ordered the part came back to repair on 1/8/25.

The cooktop after less than 1 month had water boil over on it and went into the glass and permanently stained it. Cooked a turkey for 7 hours still wasnt done. The knobs on stove are very small and hard to see the numbers.

I bought this stove last spring and within a couple of months it had a pit on one of the back burners. In addition the burners are located such that a slight brushing of your body past them will turn on the burners. Extremely dangerous Neither COSTCO nor LG are willing to do anything about this. They wont cover your stove if it is damaged even if you didnt cause it.

I love LG and have had Lg products for 15 years or so. However this oven just did not hold up. I use it daily but for maybe two hours certainly not anything close to commercial use. The convection fan stopped working maybe three years ago Ive had this unit for 9 years. I can use the regular bake feature and adjust temp up a few degrees but convection baking is out of the question. I also love the look of the stove top and the burners work so well but if you lean just the right way youre in for quite a treat. It will melt whatever unfortunately ate item you have placed on the cooktop which might just be the groceries you picked up.

Dangerous machine

The machine is lovely but the design flaws are numerous. First it takes very little effort to bump into the knobs on the front and turn on the burners unintentionally. Ive had 2 fires and a couple of near misses in the 2 months Ive had it. The front knobs are very difficult to read despite the lighted rim and there are too many functions framed into a couple of the knobs to know when youve found what you wanted. The oven knob does not have an OFF designation. It sits on BAKE and you have to turn it off of bake and then turn it back again to the bake setting to turn the oven on.. The only thing I like about this is the blue interior. Lowes wont take it back because 2 months is past their deadline of 48 hours and LG sent a repair tech out and changed the knobs but they still turn when bumped. There is a function that locks the knobs which is probably for child safety. How about redesigning this for adult safety or make it possible to return a dangerous appliance for a refund.

I was so excited about this double oven range but its been less than 5 years and its not been working correctly since I first bought it. It cooks really unevenly so I had an LG tech come out he said I just need to let the oven heat up longer that did not help. The fan went out in the bottom and sounded like a spaceship was taking off until it died and now the bottom heating element doesnt work. Well its takes an hour to get to 250 degrees. So if you have all day you can cook fries and theyll be ready in approximately 2-3 hours. I wanted to love this but after owning it a year or two it started to break. When Im spending thousands I would expect this to last 10 years or longer not start to break after a year.

I bought this stove top LG model LTE L7337F from Home Depot because it had the feature airfry. Not only did the air fry not work like an air fryer should The burners you have to cook on high most of the time. It was a total waste of $2600. In the middle of cooking dinner tonight the oven shut off with an error code we figured out was SB the manual I pulled out does not have a place for error codes. I tried the live chat and googling it. Turns out my daughter had to hold her finger on the settings button for 3 seconds and reset the control panel to get rid of this SB. Turns out Sb is to remind you that its a Jewish holiday. What the hell is LG thinking to shut my oven off and remind me of some freaking Jewish holiday. Its BS. Will never buy an LG product again

Only bought this stove due to the air fry mode. Unfortunately Air fry is best done in an air fryer due to the square footage an oven is too big for it to actually be achieved. This is also a split oven with two doors and the square footage is still too big for an air fry mode that can only truly be achieved in a small space. The front two burners claim to be a rapid boil but they do not boil water quickly at all. The burners also take a very long time to cool down. The buttons on the front of the stove get turnt on when you bump into them or your animals touch them. They also failed to let customers know they that this product is catered to the Jewish community only. For some reason at 5:00 in the evening in the middle of cooking dinner the oven shut off and displayed SB. Nowhere in the manual did it explain it after 20 minutes of googling apparently it entered Sabbath mode which is a Jewish holiday and theyre not allowed to cook. I would not connect this to your Wi-Fi nor would I buy any LG products that arent a television theyre not interested in their consumers whatsoever its whoevers lining their pockets.

Great double oven The stove does not stay hot you cant get a consistent heat since the burner cycles on and off. Same gripes as everyone else not flush with wall I had to cut the drywall to get it against the wall knobs turn on when you bump them and the surface scratches easy. Beautiful stove would recommended for people with nice kitchen that dont really cook.

Weve had this range for a few months now. The Loves: *double oven is Heaven sent. Its so wonderful to be able to use different functions dually different temps etc. *The air fryer option is AMAZING. *The fifth burner *How fast it heats up...both the ovens and stove top *The blue oven interior. The Not a Fan of: *Cleaning the knobs and in between the knobs is AWFUL. The space between the knobs and the crevices on the knobs are so tiny. Food gets trapped and its an utter pill ti clean. *The knobs and control panel are SUPER sensitive. I cant tell you how many times Ive turned on burners or accidentally changed temps or the oven just leaning over to clean the surface and our backsplash. Other than those I love the oven. I would recommend this.

The oven and cooktop LTEL7337F work well enough but the knobs sitting on the front at hip level are dangerous. Several times Ive unknowingly bumped a knob and found out the hard way that a termperature had been changed. There are no knob covers for this model oven/cooktop. You can disable the knobs but only when everything is completely off. Not much help really.

Our old GE oven quit working. We did a lot of research and picked this LG range. We sure are glad we did at least so far. No complaints whatsoever. The delivery team missed giving us a couple of items that should of come with the range. We contacted LG and they sent replacements pieces probe and cleaner for the top quickly.

I have been cooking on a flat top over for over 15 years. I have never had any issues. I was very excited to get this oven due to the dual oven. I am the only one that cooks on this oven and within 4 months the cook top cracked while boiling water to make dinner. I do not recommend this product. Very disappointed on the quality of this $2000+ product. Of note I purchased a LG microwave at the same time and it doesnt work correct either.

Love love the performance. Im a professional chef and this oven performs very similar to professional kitchen. Im amazed. But I took 2 stars off because my bottom oven is not heating anymore and its been more than 2 weeks and nobody coming out to fix it yet. If my top oven broke too that would be a disaster because I use oven a lot because I bake roast air fry etc pretty much everyday to feed my family

We have had this oven a little over a month. We love it. It has allowed us to get rid of the air fryer on our counter. easy to use. Easy to clean. Heats up quickly

Giving 5 but I havent used all features yet. Its only been less than a month. So far so good. Used the top range which cooks faster than my old stove. The bake works good. Only thing was when delivered I only received 1 rack. I was missing 2 racks and the air fryer basket as shown in picture since I have the air fryer feature havent used yet. Again too soon to tell but so far so go. I also like the tap on the oven glass and the light comes on. The dials are a little sensitive so you need to be mindful especially with small children. Small racks have now been received except for the air fryer basket.
