It was working ok for 3 years and a half before it dropped working. I was expecting to work for longer time before I can do any maintenance on it. The motor was the issue and the service company that you provided me with ae was terrible. I couldnt get hold of anyone I end up replacing the motor myself.

Quiet dishwasher

This is my 3rd LG 3 rack dishwasher in Black Stainless. It is very quiet adjustable racks. The Black Stainless is very classy. Kitchens sell homes and these class up any kitchen.

Brand new leaking LG dishwasher

Bought LG dishwasher from Metro Appliance in Lowell AR its been almost a year 7 technician visits to finally get it repaired. Let alone all the phone calls hours wasted on waiting on the Technicians along with them not even showing up a couple times never letting me know. Its taken away weeks of my time. Its not leaking now almost a year later hopefully will continue to not leak again.

So much expected

The dishwasher looks great but hasnt done very good cleaning and drying of dishes even after following all online recommendations. The dish washer was properly installed and worked for a couple months but recently tripped the breaker and stopped working all together. Calling to talk to a person tomorrow rather than have another useless online session.

IE Error after 7 month of use

We bought this model in 2021 Oct and have used it for and recently we had to call the customer support for a IE error seems the the sensor system was sensing that the water level of low the mechanic had to reset the computer and restart seems this machine is mechanically sound the software needs to be updated to accommodate water flow.
